Your Itinerary

Corricella Procida.jpg
Day 1

Olbia - Cala Spalmatore (Tavolara)

Sailing time:

1.5 hours

Board your catamaran at Olbia Marina at 18:00 and meet your crew. Once luggage is stowed, set sail for Cala Spalmatore (Tavolara island), a beautiful bay perfect for a first swim in crystal-clear waters. If the bay is busy, the skipper will steer you to the quiet, sheltered La Saline instead. Dinner is served on board, followed by an overnight stay at anchor.

Day 2

Cala Spalmatore (Tavolara) - La Cinta - Marinella (Porto Rotondo)

Sailing time:

4 hours

After breakfast, start the day with a swim in Cala Spalmatore or go ashore to explore the stunning island of Tavolara. Sail a short 2-mile stretch to the “swimming pools” of Molara for a dip in turquoise waters, then continue 5 nautical miles to La Cinta in San Teodoro, a long golden beach set between the sea and a lagoon. If the weather is fine, enjoy a stop at Capo Coda Cavallo for lunch on board with a view. In the afternoon, head north toward Ira Bay, just past Porto Rotondo, or anchor in the peaceful Marinella Gulf around 18:30. A quick dinghy ride takes you to lively Porto Rotondo, a hotspot for VIPs, for an evening stroll among shops, cafés, and elegant streets. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 3

Gulf of Marinella - La Maddalena

Sailing time:

4.5 hours

Hoist the sails and head 13 nautical miles to Caprera in the Maddalena Archipelago. Your first stop is Cala Coticcio, nicknamed “Tahiti” for its emerald waters and powdery white sand — perfect for a morning swim. Continue exploring hidden gems like Cala Napoletana, Passo della Moneta, Spiaggia del Polpo, and Cala Garibaldi, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or paddleboarding. In the evening, reach the charming pier of Cala Mangiavolpe in La Maddalena for dinner and an overnight stay on board.

Corricella Procida.jpg
Day 4

La Maddalena - Budelli Island

Sailing time:

2.5 hours

After breakfast, enjoy some free time to explore the lively town of La Maddalena before leaving the pier around 11:00. Sail to Spargi Island and anchor at Cala Corsara or Cala dell’Amore for lunch, depending on weather conditions. In the afternoon, continue to Budelli to see the famous Pink Beach, known for its sand coloured by tiny fragments of coral and shells. Then sail through the turquoise waters of Porto della Madonna and stop at Spiaggia del Cavaliere. In the evening, depending on weather conditions, anchor at Santa Maria, Razzoli (Cala Lunga), or Spargi (Cala Ferrigno). Dinner and overnight on board.

Corricella Procida.jpg
Day 5

Razzoli - Bonifacio

Sailing time:

2.5 hours

Depart around 10:00 and sail across the Strait of Bonifacio toward Corsica. Stop for lunch at Capo Pertusato, anchoring beneath the cliffs near Gourvenail de la Corse or Plage de Saint-Antoine, depending on weather conditions. Here you can also spot the famous “Rudder of Corsica,” a large rock shaped by the army in 1880 to monitor the strait. In the afternoon, enter the spectacular natural harbour of Bonifacio, dominated by its white limestone citadel perched high above the sea. Enjoy free time to explore the medieval town, wander its narrow streets, visit the Bastion de l'Étendard, or climb the famous 187 steps of the King of Aragon’s staircase carved into the cliff. Dinner and overnight on board.

Corricella Procida.jpg
Day 6

Bonifacio - Lavezzi - Porto Cervo or Porto Vecchio

Sailing time:

5 hours

After leaving Bonifacio, sail towards the beautiful islands of Lavezzi, Cavallo, or Isola Piana for a morning swim in crystal-clear waters, depending on weather conditions. Around midday, cross the Strait of Bonifacio and stop in Santa Teresa di Gallura for lunch. In the afternoon, continue south along the Sardinian coast, passing Capo d’Orso with its famous wind-shaped rock, before reaching the Golfo del Pevero. Depending on the wind, the night will be spent at anchor here or nearby in Cannigione or Porto Cervo, where you can explore lively marinas, elegant boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.

If the Mistral wind is too strong, the itinerary will remain on the Corsican side, sailing instead to Santa Manza beach and exploring the wild southeast coast of the island. The evening anchorage will be in Rondinara or Portonovo Bay, followed by dinner and an overnight stay on board in Porto-Vecchio.

Corricella Procida.jpg
Day 7

Pevero or Porto Vecchio - Romazzino - Golfo Aranci - Olbia

Sailing time:

4-5 hours

Begin the return journey along the Costa Smeralda with a stop at one of its iconic bays — Liscia di Vacca, Romazzino Beach, or the famous Prince’s Beach, named after Prince Aga Khan, founder of the Costa Smeralda, who fell in love with this stretch of sand. Enjoy a swim and lunch on board before continuing south along the coast. In the afternoon, sail past beautiful beaches such as Cala di Volpe, Liscia Ruja, Petra Bianca, and Petra Niedda, known for their pale sand and striking pink and yellow granite rocks. A final swim stop is planned at Cala Moresca in the Gulf of Olbia before sailing the last miles back to Olbia. Dinner and overnight on board.
