Your Itinerary

Day 1
Lavrion Port - North Euboean Gulf
Sailing time:
overnight cruising
Boarding takes place at the Port of Lavrion between 14:30 and 15:30. Located approximately 35 km from Athens International Airport (around a 35-minute drive by taxi or Uber), the port is easily accessible for your arrival. You’ll be welcomed on board with a refreshing drink and assisted with check-in before settling into your cabin.
After a short safety briefing, the yacht glides northward into the Euboean Gulf. Dinner is served onboard under the stars, while we continue cruising toward Northern Euboean Gulf through the night. Later, we pass the historic Bridge of Chalkis, built in 1896 and still one of the oldest movable bridges in the world. Its unique sliding mechanism allows ships to pass through the narrow strait, where you can witness the remarkable tidal currents that reverse direction several times a day — a rare and fascinating natural phenomenon.

Arrival at Edipsos, one of Greece’s most renowned spa towns, famous since antiquity for its therapeutic thermal springs. The early morning is perfect for a quiet dip in the warm mineral-rich waters that bubble up naturally along the shore. Afterward, you may choose to stroll the peaceful seafront promenade, visit the historic Thermae Sylla Spa, or simply enjoy a coffee by the sea. Lunch is served al fresco en route to Oreoi, a quaint fishing village on the northern tip of Evia, reaching its small harbor by early evening. Not to be missed, our optional excursion takes you to the unique and breathtaking Meteora monasteries, a UNESCO World Heritage site dramatically perched on towering rock formations. If you prefer to stay in Volos, spend the day exploring its vibrant waterfront promenade, visiting the Archaeological Museum, and, if available, see the reconstructed Argo ship moored near the harbor. Enjoy a leisurely dinner at one of Volos’ famous tsipouradika, traditional tavernas where meze dishes are paired with local tsipouro.
