Your Itinerary

Day 1
Uturoa Harbor, Raiatea – Motu Ceran
Sailing time:
1 hour
Boarding takes place at 3:00 PM at Uturoa Harbor in Raiatea. After settling into your cabin, meet your crew and enjoy a welcome briefing outlining the journey ahead.
A short afternoon sail brings you across the lagoon to Motu Ceran, a small, palm-fringed islet east of Tahaa. Spend your first afternoon swimming in crystal-clear waters, snorkeling the nearby reef, or enjoying light water activities in a peaceful tropical setting.
Dinner and overnight on board at anchor near Motu Ceran.
Distance from the Airport
Raiatea Airport is located approximately 2 miles from Uturoa Harbor. The transfer takes around 5–10 minutes by car.
Raiatea Airport (IATA code: RFP), easily reached by a domestic flight (about 45 minutes flight) from Tahiti Faa'a International Airport (IATA code: PPT)
Pre-Cruise Suggestion
Arrive a day early to explore Raiatea, considered the cultural and spiritual heart of Polynesia. Visit the sacred site of Taputapuātea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where ancient Polynesian navigators once gathered before setting out across the Pacific.
You can also explore lush inland valleys, waterfalls, and local markets, offering a more authentic and less crowded introduction to French Polynesia before your sailing journey begins.
Did You Know?
Raiatea is often called the “Sacred Island” and is believed to be the starting point of ancient Polynesian migrations across the Pacific.
It is considered the cultural and spiritual heart of Polynesia and one of the first islands settled in the region. It is home to the ancient marae of Taputapuātea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most important ceremonial site in Eastern Polynesia. Regarded as the cradle of Polynesian navigation and culture, it continues to serve as a symbolic gathering place for communities from Hawaii, New Zealand, and the Cook Islands.

Day 2
Taha'a
Sailing time:
2.5 hours
Enjoy a relaxed day exploring the lagoon of Taha'a, often called the “Vanilla Island.” Swim or snorkel in clear, shallow waters rich in tropical fish, or join an optional guided excursion ashore to discover the island’s vanila plantation and landscapes.
Anchor for the evening near the village of Tiva.
Dinner and overnight on board at anchor.
Optional Excursion:
Tahaa Island Discovery: Visit a traditional vanilla plantation to learn about the island’s most famous export, followed by exploration of Tahaa’s scenic natural sites, offering insight into local culture and lush tropical landscapes.
Did You Know?
Tahaa produces some of the world’s finest vanilla, grown using a traditional hand-pollination method introduced in the 19th century.

Day 3
Taha'a – Bora Bora
Sailing time:
4 hours
Set sail toward Bora Bora, one of the most iconic destinations in the South Pacific. Enjoy the scenic crossing as the island’s dramatic volcanic peaks gradually rise above the horizon.
Pause for lunch at anchor near Motu Tapu, a secluded islet once reserved for Polynesian royalty. Spend the afternoon swimming and relaxing in Bora Bora’s legendary lagoon, known for its exceptionally clear turquoise waters and vibrant marine life.
Anchor for the night in eastern Bora Bora.
Dinner and overnight on board at anchor.

Day 4
Bora Bora
Sailing time:
2 hours
After breakfast, enjoy a short sail to Motu Taurere, where you can swim, snorkel, or take part in water sports in Bora Bora’s crystal-clear lagoon. Spend the morning at leisure or join an optional excursion by traditional Polynesian pirogue to explore coral gardens and encounter manta rays.
In the afternoon, continue sailing through Bora Bora’s world-famous lagoon, taking in views of its dramatic volcanic peaks and vibrant shades of blue. Anchor for the night opposite the Bora Bora Yacht Club.
Dinner and overnight on board at anchor.
Optional Excursion:
Polynesian Pirogue Experience: Discover Bora Bora’s lagoon aboard a traditional outrigger canoe, visiting coral gardens and searching for manta rays in their natural habitat.
